Company Profile Overview
The Company is based in Central Jakarta, established and commenced operations in 1994 under the name PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (MSTI), as per the Deed of Establishment No. 64 dated July 1, 1994. This deed was executed before Richardus Nangkim Sinulingga, S.H., a notary in Jakarta, and received approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights based on Decision Letter No. C2-15654.HT.01.01.Th'94 dated October 18, 1994. The company was officially registered in the registry book at the Central Jakarta District Court on November 7, 1994, under number 2173/1994. The establishment was publicly announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 104 dated December 31, 1994, and Additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11020/1994 ("Deed of Establishment").
